Return and Exchange Policy

At Piksel, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

  1. Return Period

  • You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

  • This period is valid under the legal right of withdrawal.

  1. Return Conditions

The product to be returned must:

  • be unused and in resellable condition

  • be sent with its original packaging and all accessories

  • be submitted along with the invoice or order number

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  1. Exchange Conditions

  • You may request a size/color exchange for the product (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

  1. Return Process

  1. Create your return request by contacting us

  2. After approval, send the product to the specified address

  3. The product is inspected after it reaches us

  4. For approved returns, the payment is refunded via the method you used to pay within 3–7 business days


  5. Shipping Fees

  • For incorrect or defective products, shipping fee is covered by Piksel

  • For returns under the right of withdrawal, shipping fee is borne by the customer

  1. Non-returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for the following products:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Custom-made products

  • Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  1. Damaged or Wrong Product

If your order:

  • arrived damaged

  • wrong product was sent

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. The issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
